Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Business & Market Support
- Gather and analyze product information including features positioning and value propositions
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
- Support pricing analysis and benchmarking to aid business expansion decisions
Project Management (End-to-End)
- Manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring timelines scope and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams vendors consultants and external stakeholders

Monitor project progress identify risks and propose mitigation plans

Ensure effective communication coordination and follow-ups across all parties
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports schedules and meeting minutes
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the CEO

Ensure proper documentation control and information flow
Feasibility Studies (Bonus / Added Advantage)
- Support or assist in feasibility studies business cases or preliminary assessments for new projects (not mandatory but a strong plus)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Project Management or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management business operations or expansion-related roles
- Strong coordination communication and organizational skills

Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with senior management and reporting directly to the CEO
- Experience in feasibility studies or business analysis is an added advantage
