Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Business & Market Support

Gather and analyze product information including features positioning and value propositions
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
Support pricing analysis and benchmarking to aid business expansion decisions

Project Management (End-to-End)

Manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring timelines scope and deliverables are met
Coordinate with internal teams vendors consultants and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Ensure effective communication coordination and follow-ups across all parties

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain project documentation reports schedules and meeting minutes
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the CEO
Ensure proper documentation control and information flow

Feasibility Studies (Bonus / Added Advantage)

Support or assist in feasibility studies business cases or preliminary assessments for new projects (not mandatory but a strong plus)

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Project Management or a related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management business operations or expansion-related roles
Strong coordination communication and organizational skills
Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Comfortable working closely with senior management and reporting directly to the CEO
Experience in feasibility studies or business analysis is an added advantage
