Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
Job Description
- Plan organize and manage daily production operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate manpower machines materials and processes across workshops to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production progress identify and resolve production issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare production plans and material requirements and follow up on material availability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Oversee equipment maintenance safety and environmental compliance.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Engineering or related field (Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
- Good knowledge of machining equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive working attitude.
