About
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing software development team building and evolving a commercial SaaS platform.
This is not a ticket-taker role. You will operate as a key contributor in an Agile environment working across the full stack and helping shape architecture quality standards and technical direction.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience building and maintaining commercial SaaS applications
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming and core computer science fundamentals
- Deep understanding of data structures
- Solid knowledge of modern software design patterns
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles
- Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum Kanban)
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Experience collaborating with UX designers in a user-centric development process
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work from functional and technical specifications
Advanced SQL expertise including:
- Complex query writing
- Schema design and architecture
- Query optimisation
- Performance tuning
Strong quality mindset with hands-on experience writing:
- Unit tests
- Integration tests
- End-to-end tests
What Youll Be Doing
- Contribute across the full lifecycle of a complex web application
- Develop across the full stack: front end back end and database
- Collaborate closely with Product to refine features estimate effort and shape the roadmap
- Partner with DevOps on infrastructure planning and deployment strategies
- Propose creative scalable solutions to complex technical challenges
- Take ownership of issue identification root cause analysis and resolution
- Monitor system health and performance
- Build scalable high-quality maintainable software
- Work within a highly efficient globally distributed team
