Job Description:
As a Receptionist the right candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations providing administrative support and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills particularly in Italian as well as a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients and visitors.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing photocopying scanning and data entry.
- Maintain an organised and efficient reception area.
- Provide administrative support to different departments when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Italian and English.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be considered an asset.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
