About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Electrician III to support electrical systems and facility infrastructure at a large healthcare facility.
This is a senior hands-on role that combines advanced electrical work troubleshooting and team supervision working with critical building systems such as generators switchgear and power distribution.
You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability safety and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain electrical power and control systems

Install repair and upgrade electrical equipment and wiring
- Oversee motors starters relays limit switches and control components
Support maintenance of building systems including:

Read schematics diagrams and blueprints
-
Supervise electricians and coordinate field activities
-
Ensure compliance with federal state and local electrical codes
Requirements
-
Journeyman Electrician License (Maryland or transferable)
-
5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
-
Experience with high-voltage systems (480V)
-
Experience with generators switchgear and power distribution systems
-
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
-
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in commercial campus or healthcare facilities is a strong plus
Work Environment
-
Onsite position in Bethesda Maryland
-
May require occasional night weekend or holiday shifts

Work in active facilities and technical environments
