Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team!
This individual can be located in Phoenix or Mesa Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee civil engineering projects related to land development (residential commercial) transportation and drainage.
- Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff.
- Assist in project scope definition complexity assessment and scheduling.
- Ensure project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards regulations and timelines.
- Support employee development conduct performance evaluations and contribute to team building.
- Serve as a technical lead and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 6 years of design experience in land development or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail.
- Leadership capabilities including mentoring and project coordination.
Hours:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
