Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Position Summary:
- The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure they
- meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical in
- maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process first article and final inspections of CNC machined
- components
- Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers height gauges
- CMM etc.)
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
- Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective
- actions
- Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machining
- preferred
- 2 years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers
