Job Description Assistant Manager HRBP (Crew Operations)
Job Summary:
The role is responsible for managing and optimizing HR operations for crew members (Cabin & Cockpit) with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making process efficiency and employee retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Dashboard and maintain attrition analysis
- Review crew productivity
- Update periodic data on benchmarking of salaries and benefits in the industry and propose revisions for retention and attraction
- Projects as assigned from time to time
- Work closely with automation team for process improvements leading to efficiency and cost savings
- Employee life Cycle Management for Crew (Cabin & Cockpit Crew)
- Any other work assigned from time to time
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of HR and financial processes
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Structured and process-driven approach
Good to Have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Good understanding of HR and financial processes
Educational Qualifications:
MBA / Post Graduation preferably in HR
