Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the New Product Development process for key Hydro products in the Adjacencies Market Horticulture Segment.
• Spearhead post-launch activities that will accelerate the adoption of newly launched product(s) in the marketplace:
  • Drive product adoption by identifying programs and initiatives which will help to convert sales from our primary competitors and accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales team to create internal commercial collateral.
  • Execution of the phase-in / sunset plan of the new product and its previous generation.
  • Monitor and adjust if necessary the effectiveness of the product value proposition and the communication of that information to the market.
  • Conduct follow-up Voice of Customer interviews to gather customer feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a target degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and general computer knowledge is required.
• Comfortable interacting cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders: distributors customers and end-users.
• Ability to present work activities deliverables and final project summary to leadership.

Assignment Details:

• 12-week assingment running June through August.
• Work schedule will range from 25-30 hours per week.

Work Arrangement :Onsite

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00per hour.
