Role Purpose

The HRIS & Benefits Administration Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for HR systems and managing the companys benefits and wellbeing portfolio. The role combines strong technical aptitude user-centric service delivery and close collaboration with HR HRIS and HRIT teams.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & HR Tools Support

  • Provide daily support to end users of HR systems and tools acting as a first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution including collaboration with HRIT and external vendors
  • Work with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage incidents requests and system enhancements in line with SLAs
  • Support and actively contribute to project teams involved in the implementation of new HR tools and the development of existing HRIS solutions
  • Participate in user testing data validation and system configuration activities
  • Support change management initiatives by creating updating and maintaining user guides manuals FAQs and other navigation materials for HR systems
  • Ensure clear user-friendly communication of system changes and enhancements
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.

  • Coordinate and manage the local benefits and wellbeing portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze ROI of benefits including employee satisfaction utilization and perceived usefulness
  • Track market trends and best practices in benefits and wellbeing to ensure competitiveness and relevance
  • Support the implementation and development of new or existing benefits including employee communication and documentation
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives and actively engage employees through the cafeteria / benefits platform

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent Polish English proficiency at minimum B2 level with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and efficiently navigate new IT systems and tools
  • Strong systems orientation and ease in troubleshooting technology-related issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and user-friendly way
  • Strong focus on internal customer experience with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and functions
