Due to continued growth were seeking Occupational Therapist Contractors to support our caseload across Southeast and Eastern Melbourne. You can work with a mixed caseload or specialise in Paediatrics Adults Mental Health NDIS or Aged Care.

About the Role

Key Details:
- Hourly rate: $100$120 per hour (based on experience)
- No minimum hours: Work as much or as little as suits you
- Locations: Southeast & Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Hybrid model: Community-based in-clinic and work-from-home admin
- Caseload tailored to you: Paediatrics Adults NDIS Aged Care or a mix
Youll have full clinical autonomy strong admin support and access to supervision and peer collaboration; without rigid KPIs or productivity pressure.
In This Role You Will:
Depending on your caseload you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans.
- Complete functional capacity developmental and home assessments.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Provide parent carer and support worker education.
- Write high-quality clinical and NDIS reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
About You
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in Paediatrics Adults NDIS and/or Aged Care.
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Drivers licence and access to a car.
- NDIS Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
