Job Summary
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a professional Receptionist to join a friendly Primary team starting ASAP. As the first point of contact you will ensure the front office runs like clockwork providing a warm welcome to all.
About the Role This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Wednesday 8 am 4 pm (Term time only).
Manage the busy front-of-house desk and greet all visitors.
Operate the school switchboard and handle parent enquiries.
Update pupil attendance records and daily registers via Arbor.
Provide clerical support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements
An empathetic human-like manner when dealing with families.
Strong IT literacy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
