Job Summary
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an organised Receptionist to join the heart of an Outstanding Primary School in Richmond starting ASAP. You will play a vital role in our small dedicated office team.
About the Role This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday 8 am 4 pm (Term time only).
Greet and sign in all visitors contractors and parents.
Handle incoming calls and take accurate messages for staff.
Manage the schools daily post and deliveries.
Coordinate school trips and extracurricular club bookings.

Requirements
Organised meticulous and able to multitask during the morning rush.
A warm polite telephone manner and professional appearance.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
