The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCo to support pupils with a variety of needs including ASD ADHD dyslexia and social emotional or mental health needs. You will provide in-class support deliver small-group interventions and assist in implementing personalised learning plans.
The school is seeking an individual who is patient proactive and committed to ensuring that every pupil can access the curriculum confidently and independently. Strong relationship-building skills and a nurturing yet structured approach are essential.

Experience and Qualifications
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN desirable
