Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Developer with strong AWS core development experience to design build and deploy intelligent virtual assistants and conversational AI solutions. The role involves deep integration of bots with AWS services backend systems and enterprise applications ensuring scalability security and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain conversational bots using XO Platform

Build and manage dialog flows intents entities and NLP configurations

Develop backend services and integrations using AWS core services

Integrate bots with enterprise systems (CRM ERP databases REST APIs)

Implement AWS Lambda functions for bot fulfillment and orchestration

Use API Gateway S3 DynamoDB/RDS SNS/SQS CloudWatch

Ensure security using IAM roles policies and encryption

Deploy and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines

Optimize bot performance scalability and cost on AWS

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support

Collaborate with product managers UX designers and QA teams

Required Skills:

Strong experience with bot development

Dialog task design Knowledge Graphs NLP tuning

Webhook and middleware integration

Bot analytics and monitoring

AWS Core

Hands-on experience with:

AWS Lambda

API Gateway

DynamoDB / RDS

IAM

CloudWatch

Understanding of serverless architecture

Experience with CI/CD (CodePipeline Jenkins GitHub Actions etc.)

Programming

Proficiency in / Java / Python

RESTful API design and integration

JSON OAuth JWT and authentication mechanisms

Good to Have

Experience with AWS Lex or other conversational AI platforms

Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes

Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation

Agile/Scrum experience

AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification
