Azure applications & integrations
Azure networking
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting digital applications
Experience working with external sites
Backup and recovery support experience
Ability to troubleshoot at a high level across applications and infrastructure
Strong problem-solving and scaling experience

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
SQL
Cosmos DB
Fraud detection experience (Fraud experience is a HUGE plus)
Key Vaults
Storage accounts
Firewall
Data lifecycle management
Architecture exposure

Role Focus

Troubleshooting and resolving Azure-related issues
Supporting network application resources
Fraud detection support (if applicable)
Application performance and scaling
Backup support and problem resolution
Providing advanced-level support across infrastructure and digital applications
