UCHealth Medical Group and the Womens Care Clinic in Longmont Colorado are seeking an experienced board-certified OB/GYN Nocturnist to join our collaborative patient-focused team at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital. Job Description:
The OB/GYN Nocturnist at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital will:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight including labor management deliveries postpartum care and triage.
- Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts.
- Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients overnight.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive collegial team of 8 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Provide backup coverage and support for complex cases with multispecialty teams onsite.
- Communicate effectively with day teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care.
- Work within a fully integrated Epic EMR environment documenting all patient interactions procedures and consults.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols in the OB unit.
- Support a flexible schedule of 6 12 nocturnist shifts per month to maintain sustainable work-life balance.
- Actively contribute to a culture of high-quality patient-centered care that aligns with UCHealth s mission to improve lives.
- Handle emergency obstetric situations including rapid response for maternal or fetal complications.
- Support the training and mentoring of residents or APPs if applicable during nocturnist shifts.
- Participate in hospital committee work or overnight process improvements as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $291000 $324000 (full-time)
