UCHealth Medical Group and the Womens Care Clinic in Longmont Colorado are seeking an experienced board-certified OB/GYN Nocturnist to join our collaborative patient-focused team at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital. Job Description:
The OB/GYN Nocturnist at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital will:
Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight including labor management deliveries postpartum care and triage.
Manage gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts.
Perform urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients overnight.
Collaborate closely with a supportive collegial team of 8 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs).
Provide backup coverage and support for complex cases with multispecialty teams onsite.
Communicate effectively with day teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care.
Work within a fully integrated Epic EMR environment documenting all patient interactions procedures and consults.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols in the OB unit.
Support a flexible schedule of 6 12 nocturnist shifts per month to maintain sustainable work-life balance.
Actively contribute to a culture of high-quality patient-centered care that aligns with UCHealth s mission to improve lives.
Handle emergency obstetric situations including rapid response for maternal or fetal complications.
Support the training and mentoring of residents or APPs if applicable during nocturnist shifts.
Participate in hospital committee work or overnight process improvements as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary range: $291000 $324000 (full-time)
