Job Summary
We are hiring a Dentist for one of our clients in Jacksonville FL.
Job Description:
Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams preventive services restorations removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Important requirements:
- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider
- Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
Experience/Skills Required:
- 1 years experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License.
Computer Software:
- EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
Work Hours:
- Mon-Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 2-3 days per week.
Additional Information:
- Dentist - 2-3 days per week
- Your candidate will have to pass a level 2 background and drug screen.
- Must Be Fully Enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider
- Work Environment: Dental Center
- Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
