Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
Collaborate with product owners frontend teams and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize application performance scalability and security
Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Implement CI/CD pipelines automated testing and monitoring
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of experience in backend development using Java (Java 8 or above)
Strong experience with Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle MongoDB etc.)
Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka RabbitMQ ActiveMQ)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI)
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices
