Schedule: Variable (8-hour and 12-hour shifts; Days and/or Nights)

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support Medical-Surgical Telemetry units in an acute care hospital setting. This role involves providing direct patient care supporting nursing staff and maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for patients. The CNA may also be assigned to work as a patient sitter as needed.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing mobility and toileting

• Monitor and report patient conditions vital signs and changes in status to nursing staff

• Support care for patients on telemetry-monitored units

• Provide one-on-one patient observation as a sitter when assigned

• Assist with patient transfers and positioning

• Maintain a clean safe and organized patient care environment

• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record

• Adhere to hospital policies infection control standards and patient safety protocols

• Active State CNA certification (must be current)

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred

• Acute care and telemetry experience strongly preferred

• BLS/BCLS certification required

• Ability to work flexible schedules including days nights and varying shift lengths
