A well-established Design-Build construction firm is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for a military construction project located at MCAS Yuma.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all quality management functions to ensure safe efficient and compliant project execution.
Manage quality of work material control documentation and project close-out processes.
Lead inspections maintain accurate documentation and update records in a timely manner.
Review specifications and contract documents to determine quality requirements and planning procedures.
Manage quality processes including submittals shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct the USACE Three Phases of Control: Preparatory Initial and Follow-Up.
Support site safety efforts to ensure compliance with project safety standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in vertical construction as a Project Superintendent QC Manager Project Manager Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar-sized projects.
At least 2 years of experience serving specifically as a Quality Control Manager.
Strong knowledge of EMrequirements including hazard identification safety compliance and sustainability practices.
Current Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in vertical construction as a Project Superintendent QC Manager Project Manager Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar-sized projects.
At least 2 years of experience serving specifically as a Quality Control Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large ground-up Military/Federal/DOD vertical construction projects.
Working knowledge of Procore or similar document control systems.
