**Drives philanthropy through donor and prospect intelligence. Provides donor research and analytics services for system and markets coordinates impact reports analyzes biographical financial and other data from a variety of internal and external sources. Provides shared service for market philanthropy database operations.

Education Requirements:
- Minimum Education - Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelors Degree in fund raising business administration or healthcare administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Minimum Work Experience:
- Three years related experience: Preferred
Required Licenses:
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Preferred
Required Skills
- Blackbaud RE NXT is required.
- Knowledge of enterprise subscriptions to Blackbaud FE NXT Fundraiser Performance Management is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in business communication tools including Microsoft products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Direct experience in developing data entry standards and analytic tools such as statistical models data mining and wealth screening is preferred.
- Tools may include: ResearchPoint Lexis Nexis Guidestar Foundation Search and Foundation Directory.
Essential Functions
- Ensures high level data integrity initiates and executes global changes and updates of donor database.
- Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations and strives to ensure PHI compliance.
- Adheres to the Code of Professional Fundraising Ethics Association for Fundraising Professionals Donors Bill of Rights and meets all aspects of Adventist Healths philanthropy confidentiality practices.
- Responsible for developing strategic accurate confidential and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
- Provides database support to market philanthropy data leads to ensure data governance standards are maintained the generation of KPI weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual dashboards confirm impact reports and provide database security access and orientation for new associates.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in payroll/human performance information technologies and finance to advance strategic initiatives.
- Actively identifies and researches individuals corporations and foundations to analyze biographical financial and other data obtained from a variety of internal and external sources to determine capacity and inclination to give.
- Records research in RE NXT and prepares prospect research reports for markets and system major gift solicitors.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
