Salary: $100000 $120000 base up to 10% annual bonus

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through industrial automation electrical system design and capital project execution. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in maintaining safe reliable and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design program troubleshoot and support Allen-Bradley PLC-based control systems including remote I/O and HMIs

Develop and maintain industrial automation solutions using Rockwell Automation software

Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime
-
Design and oversee electrical control systems from concept through implementation
-
Support industrial Ethernet communications and machine network layouts
-
Ensure compliance with equipment safety standards including NFPA 70E and arc flash requirements
-
Manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives
-
Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance technicians as needed
-
Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
3 years of experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs HMIs and Rockwell software
-
Proven ability to troubleshoot and program PLC-controlled systems
-
Experience with industrial networking and machine communications

Solid understanding of electrical safety component selection and control hardware design
-
Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Experience managing contractors and maintenance personnel

Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
