Job Summary

Job Title: Blender

Client: Aerospace Industry

Location: Phoenix AZ 85043

Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM 11:00 PM

Role Summary

Grind blend mask and polish engine components
Teardown blend and assemble repaired parts

Key Responsibilities

Work from manuals prints and work orders
Disassemble and reassemble components
Grit blast glass peen and shot peen parts
Perform in-process and final blending
Use cranes/hoists for large parts
Operate grinders sanders drills and machines
Drill holes deburr edges light machining
Perform visual inspections
Measure parts using micrometers and calipers
Daily equipment maintenance
Report defects and issues
Maintain housekeeping and safety
Wear required PPE
Perform other assigned duties

Knowledge & Skills

Basic math (decimals fractions)
Read manuals and specifications
Use measuring instruments

Experience

1 to 3 years relevant experience

Physical Requirements

Lift 25 60 lbs regularly
Moderate physical work (40% 70%)

Work Conditions

Shop environment
Exposure to normal industrial elements
