Job Summary

10 to 15 years of experience in IBM I / AS400 - Expert level proficiency in SYNON RPG ILE/RPG SQL RPG/RPGLE CL/CLLE LANSA LANSA for Web - Strong experience in DB2/400 MQ REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML FTP/SFTP - Hands-on experience with debugging profiling and performance optimization - Integration and Modernization Experience integrating IBM i applications with web applications or cloud platforms - Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies Tools and Methodologies - Experience with change management and version control tools (Aldon TurnOver Git) - Understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices - Experience in solutioning reviewing and validating technical documentation - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
