The Department of Philosophy and Religion is looking for an adjunct instructor for teaching in-person and online general education courses in the Religion Ethics and Meaning program of Methodist University. Program and course descriptions can be found at

Teach a variety of in-person courses in the Religion Ethics and Meaning program that reflect the strengths of the applicants academic background and interests. Provide online instruction as part of MUOnline general education requirements. Hold regular office hours to support students and address their questions and concerns.

Qualifications

A Masters or Doctoral degree in Philosophy Religion or comparable field. Preference will be given to those with teaching experience and academic strengths in ethics philosophical anthropology Biblical studies or comparative religion.
