Job Description

Hello! Location: São Paulo Brazil hybrid work model combining office collaboration with the flexibility of remote days.

What Youll Do

Support daily accounting routines including journal entries reconciliations and basic financial analyses.

Assist in preparing financial statements and internal accounting reports.

Review organize and maintain accounting and tax documentation.

Contribute to monthly closing activities and ensure deadlines are met.

Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing requested information.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes internal controls and documentation standards.

Work closely with colleagues across different areas to ensure accurate financial information.

Help identify opportunities to optimize accounting procedures and support ERPrelated activities.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis). Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting department. Knowledge of accounting routines and basic accounting principles. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English; Spanish is a plus. Experience with ERP systems is valued. Experience in midsize or large companies is a differential. A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.
