Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including their presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of our food menus alcohol offerings and Starbucks beverages to confidently make recommendations and drive suggestive sales.
• Work collaboratively with staff and management to create positive memorable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction.
