Join our high performing Energy & Power division where you will be part of a dedicated team supporting some of the largest clients in the Power and Renewables sectors across the EMEA region. This role can be based in either our London or Norwich office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. If based in Norwich you will be expected to travel to the London office every Tuesday for the Teams anchor day.

As a Power & Renewables Client Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service ensuring contract compliance and supporting business growth in a fast-evolving energy market focused on sustainability and the energy transition.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Client Executives in client servicing technical risk closing and business development focused on Power and Renewables clients.
  • Manage contract closing processes ensuring compliance with Marsh UK requirements including review of Market Reform Contracts and coordination with brokers and markets.
  • Deliver high-quality account administration coordinate local documentation and insurance closing and support client engagement on renewables through research analytics and client query handling.
  • Assist in the design and execution of Renewable Energy insurance placements and contribute to strategic initiatives such as the EMEA Renewable Energy strategy and ESG projects.

  • Strong client service orientation with experience in technical and administrative support within insurance or energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions.
  • Commitment to quality compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
