Helpdesk Coordinator

We willprovidevital services including cleaning waste services security grounds and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided byPeninsula Health this facility willplay a key role in supporting the communitybe part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.
THE POSITION
- Act as the first point of contact for all Soft FM service requests ensuring accurate logging and close-out in QFM
- Dispatch coordinate and monitor jobs to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation
- Schedule and manage cleaning and waste staff resources and services including last-minute changes
- Communicate job progress and service updates clearly with internal teams and service providers
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies OH&S infection control privacy requirements and participate in a 24/7 rotating roster
THE PERSON
- Experience in a helpdesk scheduling or customer service role ideally within healthcare or a complex environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Confident using helpdesk systems scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of requests prioritise effectively and adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail with Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
