Our ITSpecialistsare the foundation to IT Support at all CAG locations and are a highly valued part of our team. As an ITSpecialist your day consists of ensuring our employees have the technology they need to do their jobs to their fullestpotentialwhile quickly resolving beginner and intermediate technical issues they encounter. You will be the first stop for communicating troubleshooting installing and maintaining our technical systems while working closely withgreat IT teamto ensure we are delivering a world-class IT product to our organization. CompTIA A Certification
Reliable transportation
Available 40 hours per week minimum
Available to work daily from 6:00am or until 8:00pm
Ability to lift 50 lbs to chest height
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
Ability to kneel under desks
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Example job duties include but are not limited to:
Set and accomplish personal and professionalSMARTgoals

Create update and close tickets using our ticketing system
Answer and use chat and phone systems
Perform remote sessions on computers
Manage IT onboarding and offboardingof employees
Move workstations and manage cables
Setup and maintainaudio/videosolutions
Installupdateand troubleshootapplications on end user computers
Perform hardware upgradesand manage repairs through 3rd party providers.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Ideal candidates will be familiarand have experiencewith:
Computer hardware troubleshooting
Windows Mac and Linux
Reading event logs
PC imaging and deployment
Dell tech direct fleet management
Basic network troubleshooting
Basic WiFi operation and troubleshooting
MFC setup and troubleshooting
Low voltage cable installation and planning
Avigilon security camera operations and troubleshooting
Microsoft Active Directory& Microsoft Entra / Intune
Google WorkspaceAdministration
Mosyle mobile device management

Compensation and Perks:
$25 per hour based on experience and certifications
