JobDuties:
AsaWLANAnalystyouwillsupportwirelessnetworksolutionsacrossallregionallocations.
YouwillberesponsibleforidentifyingandresolvingWLANissuesimplementingnewdesignsandperforminghardware/softwaremaintenanceonthewirelessinfrastructure.
Thisroleinvolvesworkingdirectlywithvendorsandbusinesspartnerstointegrateinfrastructurecomponentsandparticipatinginintegratedtesting/useracceptance.
Education:
BachelorsdegreeinComputerScienceorarelatedfieldispreferred(notrequiredifexperienceismet).
Qualifications:
8yearsofexperienceisastrictrequirement.
Must have 8 yrs of Cisco wireless and wired experience
Must be an expert with Cisco AireOS and 9800 series controllers
Must have a deep understanding of how data flows (TCP/IP)
Mustresidelocallyorbewillingtorelocateimmediatelyattheirownexpense.
Mustbeabletoparticipateinanon-callrotation(approx.1weekevery8weeks).
TopSkills:
WLANimplementationandsupport(CiscoAireOS9800series).
TCP/IPfundamentalsIPsubnettingandQoS.
LANoperationswithCiscoswitches(OSPFVLANsTrunking).
