Job Responsibilities

Create and analyze technical requirements to determine the best technical solutions for embedded electronic systems. Execute microprocessor based embedded electronic designs with a strong focus on power electronics. Adapt electronic circuitry to vehicle and/or fixed equipment applications including ruggedized OEM environments. Perform detailed worst case analog and digital circuit analysis simulation integration and verification. Execute design work on high voltage and low voltage systems including 3 phase DC DC converters (700-800V high voltage and 56V low voltage). Support PCB level brings up debugging verification and prototype development. Create design documentation analysis plans and verification/validation plans for onsite product testing. Provide hands on support in the lab for testing troubleshooting and prototyping. Provide onsite technical support to manufacturing quality and supply management teams. Participate as a key contributor within larger cross functional project teams focusing on switch mode power conversion and inverter design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program. 3-5 years of experience in electrical design OR aMasters degree with strong relevant internship experience.
