Somnia Anesthesia a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana CA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 compensation $312k annually $150/hour
• OB coverage 24-hour $3500
• $20K Commencement Bonus
• Annual Retention Bonus

• 4 ORs 282 beds Level II Trauma Center Level III NICU
• Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage OR2 8-10 hours shifts Adding 2 new ORs
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shifts:-hour shifts available
• CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and 24hr OB Call
• Total Cases 6980 OB Cases 1142 Cath Lab Cases 1500 GI Cases 579 IR Cases 1050
• Care Team Model (currently 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs)
• Established team hiring due to growth

Qualifications:

• Active state license DEA
• Board certification
• ACLS PALS BLS

The facility treats 20000 ED patients annually and provides 24/7 trauma emergency and surgical coverage supported by STEMI designation and a Level III NICU.

Anesthesia providers support a wide range of surgical services including:

• Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery
• Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases
• Obstetric Maternal & Neonatal Care
• Burn Center & Trauma Support
• General Orthopedic Vascular ENT and Urologic Procedures
