New opportunity for an Accounts Payable Travel & Expenses Concur Admin Specialistbased in our Porto location Portugal Business Support Center (BSC).
Travel & Expenses Specialists Concur Admin support day-to-day operations in collaboration with Team Lead. Responsible for conducting assigned process activities and actively support issue resolution or escalate incidents to Team Leads where appropriate and assist Team Lead as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build reports on Concur platform based on the request from Stakeholders
- Take over Concur administration activities (user&roles management policy configuration workflow mappings reporting traige admin tickets)
- Assure proper transaction recording in SAP system and maintain employee master data
- Ensure adherence to regulatory legal and company policies
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding T&E policies
- Resolving mismatches and handling inquiries
- Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalating service incidents to Team Lead
- Assist in implementation of activities to streamline and standardize operations including operational metrics
Qualifications
- Good understanding of Accounting and Accounts Payable processes
- Demonstrate ability to work on initiatives
- Assess situations to determine the importance urgency and risks support the team on making decisions
- Self-reliance and ability to escalate appropriately
- Organizational skills be open minded and receptive to change actively search for new learning opportunities
- Use professional concepts and companys policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and oral English plus French/ Spanish/ Dutch/ Italian/ German
