Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for capturing editing and maintaining professional-quality photos and videos that support operation manuals training materials and diagnostic documentation.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos of equipment processes and components for use in manuals and technical documentation.
- Edit crop and format images to ensure clarity consistency and brand alignment.
- Record edit and maintain training videos incorporating text overlays graphics and voice overs.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library with consistent file naming and version control.
- Work closely with technical writers trainers and subject matter experts to ensure visuals accurately represent procedures and objectives.
- Regularly review and update existing photos and videos to reflect procedural or equipment changes.
- Contribute to layout and visual improvement in manuals and training materials.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept meetings as needed.
- Maintain QR Code Video landing pages.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Multimedia Design Photography or related field is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in photography graphic design or video production.
- Experience working in technical manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Familiarity with instructional or technical documentation workflows preferred.
- Experience performing voiceover or audio editing preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify major components of equipment
- Must be a self-driven proactive team player with ability to take direction and execute.
Salary Range - $30-37/hour depending upon education and experience
