Compensation: Base Salary of $75000 Production; paid bi-weekly

Job Summary
This role combines both supervisory and direct clinical practice responsibilities. As a Supervising Therapist you will provide guidance to pre-licensed providers ensuring the delivery of high-quality ethical and effective therapy services while supporting their professional growth. As a Licensed Therapist you will deliver exceptional outpatient client care through diagnostic assessment and the implementation of targeted evidence-based treatment. You will work with a diverse caseload across the lifespan using culturally responsive trauma-informed modalities in individual couples and/or family psychotherapy.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight mentorship and guidance to a team of therapists supporting pre-licensed providers in their professional growth skill development and adherence to ethical standards while ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
- Team Management: Train supervise and evaluate therapists to maintain a skilled and cohesive team.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment promoting effective communication and teamwork among therapists and staff.
- Case Consultation: Conduct regular case consultations and clinical supervision sessions to support therapists in their professional development and enhance the quality of client care.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor clinical policies procedures and best practices to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement therapeutic programs workshops and initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics providing feedback and support to therapists to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health therapy modalities and related fields to ensure the continuous growth and development of the therapy team.
Provider Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to a caseload of clients maintaining clinical practice of at least 12-18 clients per week in addition to your supervisory role. Client caseload based on supervision volume
- Provide professional clinical services including individual couples and/or family therapy including completing diagnostic assessments developing treatment plans designing and applying tailored interventions evaluating client progress and providing referrals and care coordination based on client needs.
- Follow company policies professional conduct standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Timely completion of documentation and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
- Ability to work productively and effectively both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Base Salary of $75000 Production; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential of up to $132000/year based on 20 sessions per week

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Active unrestricted license: LCSW LMFT LPC or LPCC in Colorado
- Proven experience in clinical supervision and team management.
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. (e.g. CBT DBT EMDR ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms with adherance to HIPAA
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children adolescents trauma couples etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
- Work with physicians mid-levels and other members of medical care teams to evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Demonstrates positive teamwork cooperative efforts prompt and attentive service to patients and colleagues.
