Part-Time Retail Pool Associate (Weekend Position)

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our pool company team. This position is primarily a weekend role requiring availability on both Saturdays and Sundays with the possibility of one additional afternoon shift during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and provide friendly professional service
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
Perform chemical water testing and explain results to customers
Recommend and sell pool chemicals based on water test results
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming retail environment

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and punctual
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a retail environment
Willing and able to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently
Ability to learn basic pool chemistry and product knowledge (training provided)

Schedule:

Part-time
Saturdays and Sundays required
Possible one afternoon shift during the week
