Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical detail-driven Logistics Analyst to support our Import Compliance function. This role is critical to ensuring our organization meets all U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements while maintaining seamless on-time product flow.

As a key member of the Import Compliance team you will evaluate the accuracy of import entries lead classification initiatives investigate issues and deliver actionable insights that enhance operational integrity. You will collaborate closely with warehouses Supply Chain Finance Sales Support and external partners to support compliant efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support CTPAT compliance across facilities partners and processes including procedural physical and personnel security requirements.
  • Maintain and administer risk assessments Minimum Security Criteria (MSC) and warehouse security expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. import laws and internal compliance programs.
  • Lead a comprehensive HTS classification project and manage ongoing system accuracy for HTS and duty updates.
  • Review verify and validate partner data against Customs compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate entry packetsincluding valuation details country-of-origin declarations and all required documentationin accordance with SOPs.
  • Investigate compliance discrepancies identify root causes and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and compliance bulletins escalating significant changes to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with compliance standards.
  • Improve automate and simplify import procedures to strengthen audit readiness and support scalable compliant growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain Logistics Business or a related field preferred
  • Experience with import compliance programs HTS classification CTPAT or other trade compliance frameworks preferred
  • 57 years of experience in logistics imports international transportation or supply chain operations required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data cleaning data validation).
  • Excellent analytical investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as needs change.
  • High level of professionalism positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Salary: $70000 - $80000 annually plus bonus

Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
