About the Role
You will be a skilled platform services specialist who will provide expert technical knowledge in maintaining and developing our platform services including software and hardware upgrades.
The role involves working closely with neighbouring teams to support the migration to and adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies as well as delivering new services upgrades and fixes to meet critical deadlines.
You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity consistency and reliability of services that support organisational transformation while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders suppliers and industry specialists.

About You
- Supporting Windows Server and VMware (or similar) platforms
- Supporting Microsoft cloud technologies
- Evidence of a broad and specialist understanding of wider areas of IT and digital concepts practices and products.
- Evidence of being able to prioritise delegate and assign work to others.
- Ability to negotiate and compromise in order to find a solution.

Additional Information
Salary Grade - 7 Starting from 38784 rising to 43482 per annum
The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range unless there are exceptional circumstances.
