The Role:
The Program Manager Programs & Committees plays a critical role in shaping and delivering SEMIs technical business and educational programs for the Americas region. Working with limited supervision you will manage and execute a portfolio of conferences programs events workshops and seminars led by subject-matter experts within the semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for managing and supporting volunteer committees collaborating closely with program developers technology groups and speakers to ensure programs are strategically aligned well-executed and impactful. The role is responsible for coordinating program logistics marketing and overall execution.
This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Director Programs & Committees at the SEMI Milpitas office.

Core Responsibilities
Program Development & Committee Management
Collaborate with program/content developers and industry committees to define program objectives and create high-quality technical content.
Support development of project plans agendas schedules and timelines.
Coordinate attend and facilitate committee meetings to support industry engagement and program progress.
Ensure all program milestones deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
Program Execution & Coordination
Manage full program scopeincluding timelines speaker and attendee materials committee resources facilities and logistics.
Lead the end-to-end development of program materials and event elements to ensure all components are ready for registration and launch.
Collaborate with venues and vendors to coordinate facilities catering AV equipment and any additional program requirements as needed.
Oversee registration workflows attendee communications confirmations badges and rosters.
Manage on-site program execution including speaker coordination staff and temporary labor room setup signage and AV support.
Speaker Management
Serve as primary point of contact for speakers throughout the program lifecycle regarding content expectations and logistical details.
Communicate event formats presentation guidelines timelines and requirements.
Work with program developers and committee chairs to ensure content aligns with program goals and quality expectations.
Track speaker milestones and provide support to ensure timely delivery of presentations and materials.
Program Marketing Coordination
Partner with internal marketing and PR teams to promote programs and reach target audiences.
Provide accurate content messaging and assets for marketing collateral.
Ensure program value propositions and key themes are clearly represented in promotional materials.
Financial Management
Develop and monitor program budgets and forecasts.
Track financial performance and prepare budget activity reports.
Recommend participant fee structures and manage purchase requisitions and payment workflows with manager oversight.
Program Evaluation
Develop and implement post-program evaluation processes.
Launch surveys compile feedback analyze results and prepare post-event reports.
Recommend improvements to enhance future program quality and attendee satisfaction.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Work with regional and international SEMI teams to share knowledge align practices and support global program development.
Other Projects
Support SEMICON West Programs
Support additional initiatives or projects as assigned.

Foundational Knowledge Or Practical Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or technical/educational discipline related to the semiconductor industry
4 years related experience in a position requiring strong organization skills
Experience managing and developing technical/education programs seminars and meetings
Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and terms is preferred
Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office Suite required alongside experience in web-based marketing and working with membership database
