Data Management Specialist

Company:

The Boeing Global Service (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) organization isseeking a Product Data Management Specialist for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)team in Hazelwood MO.

NOTE: This position is for Data Management (not to be confused with Data Science DataEngineering or Data Analytics).

Position Responsibilities:

• Track submit and manage Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs) and Supplier DataRequirement List (SDRLs) deliverables for multiple government contracts

• Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory data configuration andcontractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meetrequirements

• Develops documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meettechnical data regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configurationcontrol

• Develop integrate and implement engineering technical program plans includingimpacts risks and incorporation of lessons learned spanning multiple engineeringfunctions

• Facilitate manage and comply with Records and Information Management (RIM)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Associates degree in a technical field

• 2 years experience with engineering processes and procedures

• 2 years experience submitting CDRLs/SDRLs

• 2 years experience with Records and Information Management (RIM)

• 2 years experience performing data analysis

• 2 years experience communicating collaborating and building consensus with internaland external stakeholders

• Experience in project management

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance post-start

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with customer deliverables

• Experience leading projects to successful completion

• Experience integrating and managing supplier or partner plans and schedules

• Experience working successfully through complex and challenging situations

• Active U.S. Security Clearance
