Job Summary
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Pay:
- Starting: $24.50/hour
- 3 months:$25/hour
- 6 months:$26/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform product inspections at dedicated stations as units come off the production line.
- Conduct destructive laminated glass testing per established standards.
- Use precision tools (gauges micrometers LCR meters) for accurate measurements.
- Record and document inspection results and test data.
- Analyze quality metrics and assist in root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Train staff on quality standards and proper use of inspection equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Electronics glass or precision manufacturing background
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with inspection tools (tape measure calipers LCR meter)
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Ability to interpret technical documents and use measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Human Machine Interfaces
- Collaborate effectively with team members in English Written and verbally
- Bonus: Military experience
