Job Summary

Job Description

Duties:
Intake and review consumer complaints.
Mediate complaints and/or refer patters of illegal behavior for attorney review.
Utilize and update NY Matters on a daily basis.
Assist attorneys with affirmative investigations including drafting consumer affirmations and collecting and reviewing evidence. Assist with responding to FOIL requests regarding consumer files and document handling.
Conduct public outreach including tabling events.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of experience required

Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree
