About the job

As our SAP Analytics Engineer youre responsible for designing and delivering certified reports dashboards and semantic models that enable datadriven decisionmaking throughout the organization. You translate business needs into highquality analytical solutions and ensure they perform well scale efficiently and deliver real value.

What youll do

Convert business requirements into semantic data models dashboards and reports.
Design and develop analytical solutions using our data lakehouse and business intelligence technologies including selfservice analytics.
Apply modeling UX and design standards to ensure reusability and an excellent user experience.
Optimize analytical solutions for performance costefficiency and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify needs and drive adoption.
Support peer reviews documentation deployment monitoring and thirdlevel support of analytical products.

Location and flexibility

The position is based in Stockholm or Sandviken and offers a hybrid working model combining office and remote work.

Your profile

You have several years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or a similar role and are comfortable in agile product-oriented team environments. A strong background in business intelligence technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud is essential along with solid experience in semantic model design visualization development publication administration and maintenance. You have experience working with lakehouse platforms particularly SAP Datasphere while exposure to Databricks or Power BI is a plus. A good understanding of security models including row-level security is expected.

Youre analytical structured and curious with a strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear and usable solutions. You communicate confidently with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively to create impact. You take ownership of your work care about quality and user experience and continuously look for ways to improve how analytics is delivered and used across the organization.
