What are we looking for
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer the Head of Marketing and Business Development will be accountable for generating new growth opportunities in pursuit of CCLs objectives. You will lead a team responsible for marketing communications sales contracting and account management activities across a variety of channels.

What will your duties include
Generation of long-term and annual marketing and business development plans across different channels and institutes to deliver revenue and volume growth across CCL services.
Leadership of a team responsible for business development and account management activities including but not limited to:
Referrer engagement/liaison (GPs Physiotherapists Concierge and Medico-legal)
Corporate health
Concierge medicine membership
NHS contracting.
Leadership of a team responsible for marketing and communication activities including but not limited to:
Advertising
Paid search
Social media
Public Relations
Events
Reporting to executive committees and leadership groups on key targets and measures related to the teamsactivity and budget.
Proactively scanning the healthcare market and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for service expansion and/or optimization.
Leads strategic business relationships partnerships and networking opportunities with entities including but not limited to corporates medical/group practices NHS Trusts independent hospitals.
Ensures that commercial policies systems structures and approaches are fit for purpose and compliant.
Complies with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.

What we need from you
Demonstrable track record of progression over multiple roles within healthcare business development and marketing (essential)
Recent track record in a senior managerial leadership position within business development and/ or marketing teams is essential
Significant experience line managing numerous director reports and team members (essential)
Demonstrable experience delivering large scale multi-channel B2B and B2C campaigns (essential)
Demonstrable experience creating and delivering on significant longer -term growth plans (essential)
Previous experience of managing large value contracts and internal budgets (essential)
Previous experience working in UK healthcare services (private or NHS) (essential)
Previous experience of working with senior stakeholders and presenting strategies business plans and similar work at Executive level (essential)
Previous experience of running cross-functional projects (essential)
