Job Summary
| Position Role: Deputy Commander HQ 160X with responsibilities for Firm Base Cadets Engagement and UK Operations outputs. Responsibilities: 1. Close support to the Commander and Deputise role as required. 2. Plan and Execute the Lived Experience in line with the Common Operating Picture. Supporting the HoEs whilst holding to account industry partners in the delivery of the Lived Experience across the AOR. 3. Devolution support to Commander and HQ Team. 4. Oversight of Engagement and Firmbase activities. JMC Lead for Veterans and youth including cadets.. 5. JMC lead for recruiting liaison with Welsh Combat Reserves and Recruiting Group.. 6. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during Ops delivery and Ex CAMBRIAN PATROL 7. Discipline lead for JMC Area of Responsibility (AoR) oversee the ARWO logs /duties ensuring continuity in reports. 8. Staffing and resolution of Service Compliant (SCs) for Bde Comd in accordance with policy. Liaison with Army Personnel Centre (APC) MS and other stakeholders as required. |
