Use your hydrology expertise to contribute to sustainable water management for the environment and communities of NSW
You will be playing a key role in assessing water availability determining allocations and routinely publishing water allocation statements in timely and accurate manner. You will also assess supplementary access events wherever applicable.
To inform these decisions you will undertake hydrologic analysis of water sources with the ability to convert technical information into simple language. Water allocation is determined as per the rules of the respective water sharing plans. Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
