Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Testing and Design:Carry out a specified range of complex tests; interpret test data to verify that specifications are met and/or to identify remedial actions required to ensure conformance.
  • Data Collection and Analysis:Collate and analyze data using our ERP and other available systems methods and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Client & Customer Management (Internal):First line internal client support by using our ticketing system. Provide advice training and assistance to users to resolve queries and ensure the applications/website capabilities are well understood by the business.
  • Testing Information Technology (IT) Performance:Perform applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor diagnose and correct performance issues.
  • Information Security:Support implementation of required security measures such as user access firewalls or message encryption monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
  • Data Management:Carry out complex data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a general finance or systems role.
  • Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. (Mandatory)
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Word Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory)
  • Technical-professional studies related to the role (Mandatory)
  • Energetic self-motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build develop and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as demonstrate a sense of initiative and ownership
  • An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges along with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with accounting or project management software
  • Experience with system testing and documentation of test plans and results
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments and across different time zones
  • Candidates must be available to work a schedule that corresponds with US Pacific Time business hours; however the specific schedule is negotiable.
