The Opportunity!

The Personal Lines - Branch Manager is responsible for balancing the front-line client service needs across Personal lines of business inside the branch while focusing on customer service efficiency profitability and employee satisfaction. The Personal Lines Branch manager plays a key role in ensuring the branch is functioning professionally and efficiently. They will interact daily with clients and employees while providing quotes and processing new insurance policies. The Personal Lines Branch Manager is proficient in promoting a superior company image while identifying client needs and educating clients about other available insurance products and promoting other value-added products.

What you will bring to the role

• Minimum of 5 years in sales management leadership and employee engagement.
• Completion or working towards obtaining a CAIB or CIP designation is an asset.
• Extensive track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and along with a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Level 2 Insurance License is required.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing projects under tight deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
